This poem is certainly ironic, almost obnoxious at points but then relapses into humor. I can definitely hear the assonance that is in the middle of the line as opposed to exclusively at the end like a nursery rhyme. There is also repitition at the end and some obvious themes.

I think the actual cinematography is better than the actual poetry we are supposed to be observing in this course, Eng 119. Certainly a lot of descriptive words and imagery.

This poem certainly has a sense of humor and the hesitency in the delivery adds to the tone of the poem. I almost feel like i am in the coffee shop watching him drop the ball. This might be my favorite poem yet from this class, Eng 119.

This is very vivid. There is an attention to sound through rhythm and assonance. It is also very descriptive and paints a vivid picture.
